digital content strategy, social media marketing, and seo expertise
While hurrying to a meeting today (and not in the moment; will I ever learn!?), I took a little bit of a tumble. After I went down and I was lying there on the sidewalk, I wondered how it was possible to skin my nose. Turns out, very possible, as you can see from the picture. Then, while I was struggling to get out from under my backpack, a guy named Skip picked me up. Before I looked in the mirror, I had a guess as to how bad the damage was because he asked me if I wanted a band-aid. Then, in other news, my ankle is a little swollen and my good shoes are scuffed up some, which is irritating. But, overall, I’m ok–just feeling a little clumsy.
In other news, I dropped my French class and added a Photoshop and Illustrator course (each 1 credit, 1 weekend courses). I really want to learn French, but now is not the time. I have lots to get done this semester and this small act of kindness towards myself should help take some of the pressure off.

Oh, Marcia, I’m glad you are OK! Just as you have already noted . . . be good to yourself. You deserve it.

Thanks y’all.
Madeline – I like the boxing story! Plus, thanks for noticing the hair! I recently got a haircut in Chicago. The first week after it was done, I was worried that I’d spent the money and it wasn’t a good cut, but I’m loving it now.
