You know, it would be oh so more helpful if the “eBill Administrator” at Sprint sent me the reminder about my bill a week ahead of the actual due date rather than almost a month prior. I mean, come on! Do you think I don’t realize that Sprint makes more money if I (and everyone else who uses eBill) pay our bills far in advance of the due date? Well, and besides that, the email falls onto the next page in my inbox because it’s delivered so soon, which is really not very helpful at all.
I signed up for eBill because (1) Sprint couldn’t manage to deliver a paper bill to my apartment, and (2) I thought it might be a helpful reminder.
It is really apparent to me that this “service” is convenient for Sprint and not for its customers.
A few months ago I tried to talk to customer service about the missing bill situation. The service rep was totally unsympathetic. He was like…the company thinks that becuase your bill is due at the same time every month, you should just remember to pay it. Right. Like I don’t have anything else going on in my life that I don’t need a visual or timely electronic reminder?!?
Ok, enough of that…too much time wasted. My contract is up in August anyway.
