digital content strategy, social media marketing, and seo expertise
Ok, yes, it has been quiet around here since the end of December. However, I am finally back in Columbia and getting unpacked and settled. There will be much posting and catching up to do now that I have a little more quiet and a reliable (knock wood) Internet connection to myself.
Below are a couple of pictures for you.
This picture shows the 17 containers Mom and I carried in from the breezeway freezer (1 of 5 in the house) so that we could put together a some cookie trays for a few of my friends and relatives. People ask me now–did you make these or did your Mom? Lately, I respond, “Mom made them and I picked them out.” I just haven’t had time to make my own and when Mom makes in excess of 150 dozen, well, there is plenty to go around.
And, speaking of abundance. Here is a picture of my well-stocked freezer. Thanks to my parents’ generousity, I have plenty of meals to eat at the start of this new year. I also added to it by stopping at Trader Joes while I was home. My new favorite of theirs is Double Roasted Salsa. The flavor of it is intense without being too spicy hot. I should have bought more than one jar. Or maybe not.
I didn’t manage to walk on the treadmill every day that I was home; however, I still managed to lose 6 pounds by not eating everything in sight. Plus, I did get some work-type-professional stuff done. More blogging and posting on that to come.
