I am so excited. I just received an invitation from the Prairie Lands Writing Project here in Missouri to be their guest speaker at a Saturday workshop the end of September. I’ll put together a 4 hour workshop to help them kick off their digital media initiative this year. It pays a stipend plus mileage! Oh joy!!!! Plus, I get to talk about and work with teachers on digital media! What could be better?!?

This invitation came about because I gave a talk this summer at the Missouri Writing Project about digital media. A couple of the Prairie Lands Writing Project members were in the audience that day. They apparently took me seriously when I said I’d be happy to take my show on the road and speak/do workshops for others.
