Awake at 3:00 a.m.

So, what now? why not blog? It’s as good a time as any to write here in this space. Finally. It’s been so long since my last post. I’ve thought about blowing the thing up. It’s not all that…just random musings, curiosities, notes. Who is my audience? What do they want to read? What do I want to write about? or share? I’m liking Twitter these days. Only 140 characters. Less space to fill.
Random surfing commences. Read How to Blog. Find another pearl from Merlin.
LOL. Laughter feels so good. Maybe now I’ll be able to sleep.

Hi! You do still have an audience. I like to read everything, even if I don’t respond like I should.
I made myself a new blog, successfully got the opening post up, tried to figure out how to migrate the former blog, couldn’t, thought about just posting new stuff, and ran into the same kind of mental block you allude to here. Write about what? For whom? Who reads my old blog, let alone the new one.
I wanted to blog more days than not this year. Guess that’s not happening, not at this late date.
I’ll take this as inspiration, though, and see if I can’t get some kind of new conversation going over at my new place. I hope you’re still enjoying all the aspects of your not-so-new home and job.
